Reminiscences and medieval suggestions characterize the entire estate. The imposing structures of the two neo-Gothic towers with their crenellated silhouette introduce an atmosphere of a fairy-tale castle, increased by an imaginary defensive isolation, via the access bridge. The two twin towers make up the entrance to the arched bridge that leads to the villa complex that offers a neo-Renaissance facade. The two towers that are developed on five superimposed levels, are characterized by a compact architecture, and brick face view, where they find small space mullioned windows and loopholes and a series of blind arches.

Below the large terrace overlooking the Val d'Era are the granaries of the villa. The vaults are perfectly preserved and have small openings that allowed, even when the granary was used to drop the dried corn from one floor to another. These small openings are found on the terrace above where the grain was stored after its harvest for the first drying.

Original environments for the oil press and the cellars are also found on the property. Although there is no longer the instrument for the pressing of the olives, the area has retained its original characteristics, presenting very suggestive environments to great heights. The cellars are structured to overlay planes and grow on the far side of the building, under the embankment of the square, up to intercept the pedestrian path, passing under the bridge, and rejoin the road down to the village.

On the first mezzanine there still a beautiful wood stove, generous in size, with a piping system that allowed water heating for the bathrooms of the master bedrooms on the upper floors. The environment opens to the entrance "loggia" and the windows, where one can admire the surrounding landscape. Some spaces are still used for convivial meetings of the family, they are suggestive and collected for their size. From these branches an internal staircase is found, protected by doors that make it invisible to the main floors, and reaches all the way up to the attic. Present also a staircase that allowed the servants to operate chores without having to affect the lives of the hosts.

A small semi-circular theater, of the eighteenth century, with room and overlying gallery supported by pilasters and with wooden painted balustrade; staged with a backdrop painted with pastoral scenes, raised above the room and circumscribed by a large proscenium arch, also frescoed with floral forms and medallions. The gallery is characterized structurally by a wooden deck with overhanging brick pavements, all supported by wooden beams. The walls of the gallery are characterized by the painting of cornices that, with chiaroscuro, attempt to model the parts giving depth to the portrayal. There is however, a bad state of conservation characterized by a strong overall degradation, with large gaps in the gallery railing and frescoes.
At present the complex is characterized by two separate blocks connected to each other by an air passage connecting the fifth level of the farm with the villa.
The total area of the building complex appears to be of 2675.69 square meters. (Floor area divided into areas dedicated to residence and outbuildings), of which:

residential spaces of the villa and farm sq.m. 1 449.22
loggias, lookout spaces, access paths, vehicular and pedestrian areas sq.m. 1 162.64

As for the relevance of the land,it extends over an area that runs from the perimeter of the complex and is characterized by high value crops to forest - oaks, cypresses - and uncultivated field, for a total area of 12 675.00 sqm.
